...ON THIS DATE IN WEATHER HISTORY...

In 2001, strong thunderstorm winds blew down 6 to 8 inch tree
limbs in St Francis Kansas. Also, a semi truck was blown off
Highway 27, five miles north of St Francis.

In 2007, flash flooding occurred in northern Wallace county which
washed away field terraces and submerged county roads with
up to 3 feet of water.
