Previous Discussion...
KEY MESSAGES:

- Mostly dry conditions with above normal temperatures will
  prevail into the weekend.

- Scattered to isolated afternoon and evening thunderstorms are
  possible late in the week.

WEATHER PATTERN OVERVIEW:

For the remainder of the week, the western ridge will push
eastward over the northern Rockies with warming temperatures. A
series of weak shortwaves pushing through the top of the ridge
could bring isolated afternoon and evening thunderstorms from
Thursday into the weekend, but little rainfall is expected for
mostly dry conditions.

FORECAST CONFIDENCE & DEVIATIONS:

High confidence of the ridge intensifying to bring temperatures
back up to above normal after midweek. Low confidence (< 20%) for
thunderstorm rainfall potential late in the week.
