This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest Iowa, west central
Iowa, southwest Minnesota, northeast Nebraska, central South
Dakota, east central South Dakota, south central South Dakota and
southeast South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Patchy fog early this morning may reduce visibility to less than a
mile at times through 8 to 9 am. Use caution while driving and be
prepared for rapidly changing visibility.

A few showers and non-severe storms will move into southeast South
Dakota this morning. Greater coverage of showers and thunderstorms
is expected this afternoon and evening, with a Level 1 of 5 risk for
severe storms. Isolated large hail up to half dollar size, along
with damaging winds gusts to 60 mph are the primary threats. Locally
heavy rain is also possible with stronger storms. The strongest
storms are expected between 3 pm and 10 pm.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Chances for mainly afternoon to early evening showers and storms
continue early next week, Sunday through Tuesday. While isolated
lightning is a threat with any storm, severe weather is not expected.
