  Little Sioux River near Milford affecting Dickinson County.

  West Fork Des Moines River at Jackson affecting Jackson County.

  James River near Mitchell affecting Hanson and Davison Counties.

  Big Sioux River near Richland affecting Plymouth and Union
  Counties.

  West Okoboji Lake near Milford affecting Dickinson County.

  Little Sioux River at Spencer affecting Clay County.

  Little Sioux River above Spencer / Highway 18 affecting Clay
  County.

  West Fork Des Moines River near Windom affecting Cottonwood and
  Jackson Counties.

...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Minnesota...

  West Fork Des Moines River near Avoca affecting Cottonwood and
  Murray Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...West Fork Des Moines River at Jackson.

* WHEN...Until early Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Some township roads may begin flooding and
  flooding of crop and pasture lands becomes more
  widespread.Portions of the bike trail in Jackson along the river
  begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 12.1 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:30 AM CDT Sunday was 12.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    just after midnight tonight and continue falling to 11.1 feet
    Sunday, July 14.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

  Cherokee County Rescue mobilizes and sets up the flood control
  center.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:15 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 17.2 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:15 AM CDT Sunday was 17.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    this evening and continue falling to 15.6 feet Friday
    morning.
