The southeasterly winds are forecast to continue Tuesday, gusty at times. There will also be an increase in humidity Tuesday. By late Tuesday afternoon, showers and thunderstorms will shift southwestward toward the fire site. While the chance of rain is only around 20 percent, there is a higher chance of gusty storm outflow winds to 30-40 mph from the northeast by late afternoon or early evening. .REST OF TODAY...
