.DISCUSSION...An upper low will bring a chance of dry thunderstorms
to the area Saturday afternoon through Sunday. Winds will remain
generally light and terrain driven with a westerly sea breeze each
afternoon. Afternoon highs sharply decrease Sunday into early next
week, leading to a mild improvement in afternoon min RH values and
recoveries.
