Lowest RH values for Wednesday in the low 20% range. Westerly winds around 5 - 6 mph in the afternoon will veer to a northerly bearing by 10pm Wednesday evening. .UPDATE...Light to calm winds on Thursday morning with overnight recovery RH% around 42% - 48%. Thursday afternoon will have the lowest RH value around 32% with westerly winds increasing slightly to 5 - 6 mph through the evening.
