...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Iowa...

  Cedar River near Conesville affecting Louisa and Muscatine
  Counties.

  Iowa River at Oakville affecting Louisa County.

  Iowa River at Wapello affecting Louisa County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

The next statement will be issued by Friday morning at 1045 AM CDT.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and will continue.

* WHERE...Iowa River at Oakville.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Flooding of agricultural land is ongoing.
  Several county roads are under water and closed.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 12.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.2
    feet this evening. This is being affected by backwater from
    the Mississippi River. Expect river levels to remain high.
  - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.

  Avenue, both near Saulsbury Park.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 13.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to remain steady through
    Sunday. It will then rise to 14.3 feet Wednesday, July 10.
  - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
