...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Illinois...

  Rock River near Joslin affecting Rock Island, Whiteside and Henry
  IL Counties.

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Illinois...

  Rock River at Moline affecting Rock Island and Henry IL Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

The next statement will be issued by Saturday evening at 815 PM CDT.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL FRIDAY, JULY 26...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring.

* WHERE...Rock River near Joslin.

* WHEN...Until Friday, July 26.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Water affects much of Barstow Road between
  Barstow and Osborn. Water also affects homes in Osborn.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:45 PM CDT Friday the stage was 15.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    Friday, July 26 and continue falling to 11.8 feet Friday,
    July 26.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL TUESDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring.

* WHERE...Rock River at Moline.

* WHEN...Until Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 13.2 feet, Water affects 60th Street south of John
  Deere Road in Moline and 56th Ave from Green Valley Park 48th St.
  Water is on Canal Road in Big Island. Smith`s Island is affected
  by flood waters.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:30 PM CDT Friday the stage was 13.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    Tuesday morning and continue falling to 11.2 feet Friday,
    July 26.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
