Illinois...Iowa...

  Pecatonica River at Freeport affecting Stephenson County.

  Rock River at Como affecting Whiteside County.

  Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S affecting Scott and Clinton
  Counties.

  Rock River near Joslin affecting Rock Island, Whiteside and Henry
  IL Counties.

...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Illinois...

  Rock River at Moline affecting Rock Island and Henry IL Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

The next statement will be issued by Wednesday morning at 1030 AM
CDT.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.

* WHERE...Rock River at Como.

* WHEN...Until early Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 12.8 feet, Water begins to encroach into properties
  on Regan Road northeast of Como.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 12.6 feet and rising.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.7
    feet Thursday morning. It will then fall below flood stage
    Saturday evening.
  - Flood stage is 12.5 feet.

* WHAT...Major flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Rock River at Moline.

* WHEN...From this afternoon until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Major Flood Stage. Water affects South
  Shore Drive and North Shore Drive in Moline west of the 27th
  Street bridge. Water limits access to homes on South Shore Drive
  east of the I-74 bridge. Water also affects portions of 60th
  Street south of John Deere Road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:30 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 11.6 feet and rising.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late this afternoon and continue rising to a crest of 14.1
    feet Friday evening.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

* WHEN...From late Wednesday night to late Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Moderate Flood Stage. Minor street
  flooding begins in Freeport and water affects a few back yards
  east of the Pecatonica River.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:30 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 11.5 feet and rising.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    early Thursday morning to a crest of 13.8 feet early Saturday
    morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Monday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

    feet Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Flood Stage. Water affects County Road E63
  north of the river near Toronto and affects the lowest roads in
  Buena Vista.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:30 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 11.0 feet and rising.
  - The river just reached flood stage.
  - Forecast...The river will hold steady around 11.0 feet this
    afternoon, then start to fall tonight. The river will then
    fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight to 10.9
    feet early Thursday morning. It will then rise again above
    flood stage Thursday morning to 11.1 feet early Thursday
    afternoon. It will fall below flood stage again Thursday
    evening to 10.5 feet Saturday morning.
  - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
