  Rock River at Como affecting Whiteside County.

  Rock River at Moline affecting Henry IL and Rock Island Counties.

  Rock River near Joslin affecting Henry IL, Whiteside and Rock
  Island Counties.

...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Illinois...

  Pecatonica River at Freeport affecting Stephenson County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

  north of the river near Toronto and affects the lowest roads in
  Buena Vista.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:30 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 11.0 feet and falling.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below 11.0 feet this
    afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 12.8 feet, Water begins to encroach into properties
  on Regan Road northeast of Como.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:45 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 12.9 feet and steady.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.1
    feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage Friday
    evening.
  - Flood stage is 12.5 feet.

* WHEN...Until late Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 13.2 feet, Water affects 60th Street south of John
  Deere Road in Moline and 56th Ave from Green Valley Park 48th St.
  Water is on Canal Road in Big Island. Smith`s Island is affected
  by flood waters.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:30 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 12.5 feet and rising.
  - The river is now expected stay below the Major flood stage.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.4
    feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage
    early Tuesday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Flood Stage. Water affects low lying
  sections of Freeport mainly east of the Pecatonica River.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:30 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 12.0 feet and rising.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    early Saturday morning to a crest of 13.2 feet Saturday
    evening. It will then fall below flood stage Monday evening.
  - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

  - At 8:45 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 15.1 feet and rising.
  - The river is now expected to stay below the Major flood
    stage.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.8
    feet tomorrow morning.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
