...THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE WATERS...

The areas affected include...
  Inner Saginaw Bay SW of Point Au Gres to Bay Port MI...
  Outer Saginaw Bay SW of Alabaster to Port Austin MI to Inner
  Saginaw Bay...

At 438 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated clusters of thunderstorms,
capable of producing winds up to 30 knots. These thunderstorms were
located along a line extending from 6 nm southeast of Gravelly
Shoals to near The Mouth Of The Saginaw River, moving east at 15
knots.

Locations impacted include...
Quanicassee, Bay Port, Bay City Liberty Harbor, and Caseville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds up to 30 knots, locally higher waves,
and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately
until these storms pass.
