...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT KIOWA...BARBER...COMANCHE...PRATT
AND EASTERN CLARK COUNTIES THROUGH 1230 AM CDT...

At 1136 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Greensburg to 8 miles south of Buttermilk.
Movement was southeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Coldwater, Wilmore, and Buttermilk around 1140 PM CDT.

Other locations in the path of these storms include Belvidere and
Croft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until midnight CDT for
south central and southwestern Kansas.
