* At 108 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles east of
  Courthouse And Jail Rock, or 29 miles north of Sidney, moving east
  at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
