...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SCHUYLKILL COUNTY THROUGH 1215
PM EDT...

At 1133 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
St. Clair, moving northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Pottsville, Tamaqua, Schuylkill Haven, Shenandoah, Minersville,
Mahanoy City, Frackville, St. Clair, Ashland, Orwigsburg, Mcadoo,
Port Carbon, Girardville, Hometown, Tuscarora, New Philadelphia,
Oneida, Friedensburg, Grier City-Park Crest, and Marlin.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Very heavy rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 200 PM EDT for central
Pennsylvania.
