...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTH CENTRAL NORTHUMBERLAND...
NORTHWESTERN MONTOUR...SOUTHEASTERN LYCOMING...NORTHWESTERN COLUMBIA
AND SOUTHEASTERN SULLIVAN COUNTIES THROUGH 445 PM EDT...

At 411 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 12
miles east of Montoursville, moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Muncy, Hughesville, Iola, Jamison City, Waller, Lairdsville, Ricketts
Glen State Park, Central, Exchange, Fairmount Spgs, Biggertown, Muncy
Valley, Millville, Benton, Turbotville, and Picture Rocks.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Very heavy rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 PM EDT for
central Pennsylvania.
