Scattered showers across portions of central Pennsylvania will
continue this evening with more widespread showers and
thunderstorms expected to enter western Pennsylvania later this
evening. As the evening progresses, precipitation will begin to
break apart as it enters the central portions of the Commonwealth,
with some chances lingering into the overnight.

Hot and humid conditions will persist into the midweek period
with a peak in high temperatures Tuesday and Wednesday. An
increasing risk of thunderstorms is also expected Monday through
Wednesday with some strong-to-severe thunderstorms.

A return to more seasonable temperatures is expected to prevail
across the Keystone State starting Thursday, in the wake of a cold
front and will continue into the weekend.
