.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Conditions will begin to deteriorate this afternoon from east to
west in the area ahead of Tropical Storm Beryl. Winds will rapidly
increase later this afternoon into tonight. Hurricane conditions
are expected tonight into early Monday with wave heights up to
22-27 feet. Gradually improving conditions can be expected by mid-
week. Expect widespread showers and thunderstorms Sunday through
Monday, with scattered thunderstorms lingering through the end of
the week.
