...SPECIAL MARINE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 845 AM EDT...

For the following areas...
  Waters from South Santee River to Edisto Beach out 40 NM...

At 731 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts
were located along a line from 6 NM northwest of Cape Romain Reef to
8 NM east of Charleston Sixty, moving northeast at 5 knots.

HAZARD...Waterspouts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
         hazardous seas.

Locations impacted include...
  Jimmy Leland Tug, Y-73 Reef, Capers Mid Shelf, Capers Reef,
  Comanche Reef, Doug Mellichamp Reef, Edisto Buoy, Hector Reef,
  Cape Romain Reef, Joe Shuford Reef and Charleston Sixty.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Thunderstorms can produce sudden waterspouts. Waterspouts can easily
overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Seek safe harbor
immediately.
