...A SPECIAL MARINE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 715 PM EDT...

For the following areas...
Coastal waters from South Santee River to Edisto Beach SC out 20
nm...

At 642 PM EDT, several clusters of thunderstorms capable of
producing waterspouts persist within the Charleston nearshore
waters, from Bulls Bay north to the Santee River.

HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 35 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
         hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
         higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Thunderstorms can produce sudden waterspouts. Waterspouts can easily
overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Seek safe harbor
immediately.
