Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 513 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Beaufort, Port Royal, Clarendon, Jasper, Burton, Beaufort Marine Corps Air Station, Laurel Bay, Shell Point, Ladys Island and Lemon Island. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
