...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN PISCATAQUIS COUNTY
THROUGH 715 AM EDT...

At 623 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Kingsbury Plantation, or 15 miles west of Guilford, moving northeast
at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Dover-Foxcroft, Dexter, Greenville, Guilford, Monson, Blanchard,
Elliottsville, Kingsbury Plantation, Sangerville, Parkman, Abbot,
Sebec, Atkinson, Wellington, Shirley, Willimantic, Beaver Cove,
Bowerbank, Kingsbury, and Onawa.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
