* At 1232 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Southwick
  Beach, or 12 nm north of Mexico Bay, moving northeast at 40 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Pillar Point, Tibbets Point, Southwick Beach, Sackets Harbor, North
  Pond, Henderson Harbor, Westcott Beach, Chaumont Bay, Stony Point,
  and Sandy Island Beach.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
