.SYNOPSIS...Increasingly dangerous marine conditions are expected
along the Lower Texas Coast into Monday due to the approach and
passage of tropical cyclone Beryl, which will make landfall as a
hurricane along the Middle Texas Coast early Monday. Conditions
are expected to improve Tuesday through Thursday.
