Clouds and smoke appear to be inhibiting convection this afternoon and that will likely continue through the evening. Sprinkles along with gusty winds up to 30 MPH are possible with the strongest showers. Skies clear again for Monday allowing for better instability and mixing however, westerly flow will bring much of the Falls fire smoke over the Cow Valley fire. This will keep temperatures a few degrees cooler. Tuesday will return southwesterly flow with monsoonal moisture for a potential for thunderstorms across Southeast Oregon Tuesday evening.
