...BISMARCK NOAA WEATHER RADIO OUTAGE...

The NOAA Weather Radio transmitter serving the Bismarck area is
out of service due to a communications issue.

Contractors are working to restore the data circuit. The current
time for restoration is unknown. We thank you for your patience
while we work this issue. Make sure to have an alternate way of
receiving warnings if you are in the listening area of the
Bismarck NOAA weather radio transmitter.
