...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTH CENTRAL LACKAWANNA AND
SOUTHEASTERN LUZERNE COUNTIES THROUGH 415 AM EDT...

At 333 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Freeland, or near Hazleton, moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Moosic, Freeland, Bear Creek, Dupont, White Haven, Laurel Run, Penn
Lake Park, Bear Creek Village, Jeddo, and Woodside-Drifton.

This includes the following highway exits...
 Interstate 80 between 262 and 273.
 Pennsylvania Interstate 81 between 151A and B and 155.
 Interstate 476 near 105.
