...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL SULLIVAN AND NORTH
CENTRAL PIKE COUNTIES THROUGH 430 AM EDT...

At 404 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Eldred, or 14 miles southwest of Monticello, moving northeast at 45
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Fallsburg, Monticello, Lackawaxen, Liberty, Bethel, Neversink, South
Fallsburg, Shohola, Tusten, and Woodridge.

This includes the following highway exits...
 Interstate 86/Route 17 between 97 and 111.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
