...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Wisconsin...

  Kickapoo River at La Farge affecting Richland and Vernon Counties.

  Kickapoo River at Viola affecting Richland and Vernon Counties.

...The Flood Warning is cancelled for the following rivers in
Wisconsin...

  Kickapoo River at Ontario affecting Monroe and Vernon Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

The next statement will be issued this evening at 930 PM CDT.

  the Kickapoo River at Ontario.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 12.0 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 9.4 feet tomorrow
    morning.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL LATE TOMORROW EVENING...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Kickapoo River at La Farge.

* WHEN...Until late tomorrow evening.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Some roads are under water and several
  residences and businesses are affected. However the majority of
  the people in town are still dry.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 10.6 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late this evening to a crest of 13.3 feet just after midnight
    tonight. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    13.7 feet on 02/09/1966.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Kickapoo River at Viola.

* WHEN...Until late Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 16.5 feet, Highway 56 just east of Viola is closed
  due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 5:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 12.6 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late this evening to a crest of 16.5 feet tomorrow evening.
    It will then fall below flood stage late Tuesday evening.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    16.2 feet on 03/15/2007.
