  West central Carson County in the Panhandle of Texas...
  Southern Potter County in the Panhandle of Texas...

* Until 500 PM CDT.

* At 422 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 11 miles east of
  Valley De Oro, or 13 miles north of Amarillo, moving east at 25
  mph.

  HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect some tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile
           homes, roofs, and outbuildings. Hail damage to vehicles
           is expected.

* Locations impacted include...
  Amarillo and Valley De Oro.
