  Chesapeake Bay from New Point Comfort to Little Creek VA...
  Chesapeake Bay from Windmill Point to New Point Comfort VA...

* Until 1245 PM EDT.

* At 1150 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing
  waterspouts was located over York Spit Reef, moving northeast at 5
  knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  New Point Comfort, York Spit Reef, Buoy 36a, and Plantation Light.
