The areas affected include... Chesapeake Bay from Little Creek VA to Cape Henry VA including the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel... Chesapeake Bay from New Point Comfort to Little Creek VA... Chesapeake Bay from Windmill Point to New Point Comfort VA... James River from James River Bridge to Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel... James River from Jamestown to the James River Bridge... York River... At 710 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a broken line of strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Gwynns Island to near Poquoson to near Burwell Bay, moving southeast at 25 knots. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
