083 NZUS43 KABR 121924 SYNABR MNZ039-046-SDZ003>011-015>023-033>037-045-048-051-130930- Radio Weather Synopsis National Weather Service Aberdeen SD 224 PM CDT Fri Jul 12 2024 /124 PM MDT Fri Jul 12 2024/ A hot air mass will remain in place across the region through Monday. This weekend, heat index values will approach or exceed 100 degrees for many locations. Weak disturbances aloft, along with various surface boundaries will be a focus for on and off small chances for thunderstorms through the weekend as well. Some of these storms could be strong to severe. Cooler temperatures closer to normal values make their way back into the region by Tuesday. Lows tonight will drop into the upper 60s to around 70 degrees. Highs on Saturday will rise into the 90s to near 100 degrees. Highs will cool back down into the upper 70s to mid 80s by Tuesday. $$ TMT
