This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central South Dakota and
north central South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Scattered thunderstorms are expected to move through the area today
into tonight. A few storms will be strong to severe, especially this
afternoon into early evening across central South Dakota. The main
threats will be quarter size hail and damaging winds in excess of 60
mph. There is a marginal risk of severe weather today into tonight,
which is a level 1 out of 5.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Scattered thunderstorms will be possible each afternoon during the
weekend into early next week. Severe weather is not expected at this
time.

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.

central South Dakota and northeast South Dakota.

Scattered thunderstorms will be possible today. Most storms should
remain sub-severe but locally heavy downpours, small hail and gusty
winds could be possible

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Scattered thunderstorms will be possible each afternoon during the
weekend into early next week. Severe weather is not expected at this
time.
