Northwestern Torrance County in central New Mexico... * Until 830 PM MDT. * At 530 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen south of Cedro and west of Ponderosa. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area.
