.DISCUSSION...Monsoon moisture through the week will lead to
scattered showers and thunderstorms with gusty outflow winds and
locally heavy rain possible. Afternoon relative humidity values
will range from 10 to 20 percent with lower desert overnight
recoveries between 30 and 40 percent, higher elevations will
experience overnight recoveries between 50 to 70 percent. A
southwest wind will usher in drier air over the weekend along
with gusts of 20 to 30 mph.
