...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN OGLALA LAKOTA
COUNTY THROUGH 715 PM MDT...
At 630 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 4
miles southwest of South Lakeside, or 16 miles northwest of Pine
Ridge, moving east at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Pine Ridge, Oglala, Loneman, Number 4, South Lakeside, Calico, Slim
Butte, and Slim Buttes Housing.
