This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western South
Dakota and northeastern Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Temperatures today will climb into the 90s to low 100s for much
of the area. The high temperatures and low humidity will lead to
elevated fire weather conditions.

A few thunderstorms are possible this afternoon, severe weather
is not expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

There will be daily chances for isolated thunderstorms through
this weekend into early next week. Some storms in western South
Dakota may be strong to severe on Monday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed today.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western South
Dakota.

There is a marginal risk (level 1 of 5) of severe thunderstorms
today, meaning that isolated severe storms are possible. Primary
hazards include large hail and damaging winds.

Temperatures today will climb into the 90s to low 100s for much
of the area. The high temperatures and low humidity will lead to
elevated fire weather conditions.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

There will be daily chances for isolated thunderstorms through
this weekend. Some storms in western South Dakota may be strong
to severe on Monday.
