...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 530 PM MST THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of Southeast Arizona, including the following
  county, Santa Cruz.

* WHEN...Until 530 PM MST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 333 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated between 0.75 and 1.00
    inches of rain has fallen over Nogales on both sides of the
    International Border over the past 45 minutes. Rainfall
    runoff will result in urban and small stream flooding in
    Nogales...especially along and near the Nogales Wash.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Nogales.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
