AREA...Most of Eastern Oklahoma and West Central Arkansas. ONSET...Ongoing. AREA AT GREATEST RISK...Eastern Oklahoma. DISCUSSION... Widespread dangerously hot and humid conditions will occur again this afternoon across much of region. All heat precautions should be taken, especially if spending a prolonged period outdoors. A few isolated thunderstorms may develop through the daytime, but severe weather is not expected. SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT...
