Thunderstorms with locally heavy rain were located in Leflore county in Oklahoma and Sebastian and Crawford counties in Arkansas. The precipitation was in the Fort Smith area. Movement was to the northeast at around 15 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was one tenth to one quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of three to four inches. Coverage, and intensity increased during the last hour.
