showers and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain mostly in Madison
and Carroll counties in Arkansas. Movement was to the southeast at
around 20 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was one
tenth to one quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of an inch and
a half to two inches. Coverage decreased during the last hour. The
Tulsa area forecast for late tonight, mostly cloudy, showers and
thunderstorms likely with temperatures 72 to 77 degrees and north
winds up to 5 mph.
