* WHERE...Marais Des Cygnes River above Reading.

* WHEN...Until this morning.

* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Low lying areas along the river flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 3:15 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 20.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    early this morning and continue falling to 2.4 feet early
    Sunday morning.
  - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
