...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN BLAINE COUNTY
THROUGH 545 PM MDT...

At 521 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 19
miles north of Chinook, moving southeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph, half inch hail and brief heavy
         downpours.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northwestern Blaine
County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 PM MDT for
north central Montana.
