At 229 PM EDT/129 PM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking a strong
thunderstorm near Richards Crossroads, or 7 miles north of Abbeville,
moving east at 5 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.
