...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 730 PM CDT /830 PM EDT/ THIS
EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of Big Bend and Panhandle Florida, including the
  following counties, in Big Bend Florida, Liberty. In Panhandle
  Florida, Calhoun.

* WHEN...Until 730 PM CDT /830 PM EDT/.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 525 PM CDT /625 PM EDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy
    rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or
    expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and
    2 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Blountstown, Bristol, Altha, Red Oak, Clarksville,
    Blountstown Airport, Chipola, Durham, Kennys Mill, Chason,
    Abe Springs, Willis, Sharpstown, Nettle Ridge, Frink,
    Macedonia, White Pond, Hugh Creek, Henderson Mill and Selman.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
