...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WATERS...

  Coastal Waters of Northwestern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...
  Coastal Waters of Northern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...
  Mona Passage Southward to 17N...

At 430 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located
over the waters of western Puerto Rico, moving west at 15 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, lightning strikes, and heavy downpours. Boaters should seek
safe harbor immediately until this storm passes.
