Urban and small streams flooding is possible. .Excessive Heat...This level of heat affects most individuals sensitive to heat, especially those without effective cooling and/or adequate hydration. Impacts possible in some health systems and in heat-sensitive industries. .Wind...Breezy conditions. Unsecured items could blow around. .Marine Conditions...Seas equal or greater than 7 feet across the Caribbean Waters and Passages. Hazardous conditions for small craft. .Rip Currents...Life-threatening rip currents are likely in the surf zone particularly along the south-facing beaches. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday Hazardous seas and life-threatening rip currents could last through Thursday. A tropical wave will increase thunderstorm activity and the flooding risk on Thursday. Another tropical wave is expected to move by early next week across the islands. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation is encouraged.
