445 AGUS76 KRSA 031253 HMDRSA Hydrometeorological Discussion National Weather Service / California Nevada RFC / Sacramento CA 555 AM PDT Wed Jul 3 2024 ...WARM TO HOT TEMPERATURES AND DRY CONDITIONS THROUGH THE PERIOD... .METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONS (WED AM - TUE AM)... High pressure just off the west coast will continue to build toward the east through the period with warm to hot temperatures the rule and anomalies running from plus 5- to plus 20-degF across the area. Saturday looks like the warmest with some anomalies reaching closer to plus 25-degF over seasonal normals...mainly close to the CA/OR border. With this warm stable airmass in place...conditions will remain dry across the entire area into the middle of next week.
