There will be a chance for afternoon and evening thunderstorms each day, beginning today, but wetting will be hit and miss. Humidity minimums during the day are expected to remain above 50 percent with excellent recovery at night. Wind will be light, generally down river late at night and early morning, and up river during the afternoon and evening. Today upriver wind is expected to begin between 10AM and 11AM. .TODAY...
