.DISCUSSION...

Typical summertime weather pattern expected this week with
hot/humid weather during the day and muggy conditions with little
airflow at night.  There will be a chance for afternoon and
evening thunderstorms each day, beginning today, but
wetting will be hit and miss.

Humidity minimums during the day are expected to remain above
50 percent with excellent recovery at night.  Wind will be
light, generally down river late at night and early morning,
and up river during the afternoon and evening.

Today upriver wind is expected to begin between 10AM and 11AM.

Sky/weather.........Partly sunny (50-60 percent). Isolated showers
                    and thunderstorms early in the afternoon.
                    Scattered showers and thunderstorms late in the
                    afternoon.
CWR (0.01 in).......10 percent increasing to 40 percent.
Max temperature.....Around 91.
Min humidity........55 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Light winds. Gusty and erratic winds expected
                    near thunderstorms in the afternoon.
